THE COACH AND THE VISION

​​Ben Maher - Strength Pathways Coach

I’m a registered member of Exercise and Sports Science Australia. While finishing my degree, I discovered my passion for personal and group fitness training, and I quickly fell in love with helping everyday people through movement.

Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, each with their own story, challenges, and goals. What I love most is seeing people build confidence in how they move, overcome aches and pains, and get strong as hell in the process!

 

Behind the Pathways

The vision for Strength Pathways has always been centered on semi-private training. While large group classes can bring great energy, too often I’ve met people who have lost sight of their personal goals or the true intention behind their movement. On the other hand, 1-on-1 training is great for fast-tracking results - but the price can be a barrier.

My mission is to create an environment where people build confidence in a smaller, more focused setting with training that is guided, tracked, and supported by a coach every step of the way.

The Structure
  • Confidence built through 1-on-1 sessions to start your journey right.

  • An 8-week plan tailored to your goals.

  • Semi-private training sessions capped at 4 people, ensuring focus and connection.

  • Ongoing check-ins to keep you accountable and supported.

  • 8-week reflections and new planning, so progress never stops.

Our Opening Promotion (Four weeks of 1 on 1 sessions)

Pathway Foundations 

Starting something new can feel daunting — the Foundation is here to make it simple.

Over four weeks of one-on-one personal training sessions, we’ll:

  • Get to know you, your goals, and the coaching style you respond best to

  • Build confidence in the key movement concepts and principles that form the base of all training here

  • Prepare you to move smoothly into our small group environment, where you’ll continue with your own structured plan

Best of all: this month is charged at your ongoing semi private price based on which membership you've selected

Services

ONGOING TRAINING OPTIONS

Strength Pods

For those after individually tailored training without the expense of 1 on 1 training. These sessions follow on from a small block of 1 on 1 training to build your confidence to complete movements on your own. Still completed with lots of supervision as sessions max out at 4 participants.

Personal Training

For those looking for continued 1 on 1 training to hone in on technique and help hold you accountable. Experience  sessions where intensity and movements are constantly adjusted and tailored to your needs and goals.

Range & Conditioning

Group sessions, focused on building general fitness and endurance through circuit style training. Followed with stretches to leave feeling great!

PRICING

1 x Strength Pod per week + 1 conditioning class per week: $50/week 

2 x Strength Pods per week + unlimited conditioning classes: $90 a week 

3 x Strength Pods per week + unlimited conditioning classes: $120 a week

Open gym access included for all members (11am - 2pm)
