ABOUT THE COACH

Ben Maher - Strength Pathways Coach

Ben has a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport science and a current member of Exercise and Sports Science Australia. He has spent the last 5 years training a vast variety of clients; from elite athletes to elderly with no exercise experience. He has a passion and personal experience for all training modalities which you will quickly see in your sessions!

DIFFERENT PATHWAYS

Personal Training

Experience personalised training sessions tailored to your specific needs and goals. We will work closely with you to develop a program to optimise your strength, mobility, and overall fitness.

Group Personal Training

For those after individually tailored training without the expense of 1 on 1 training. These sessions follow on from a small block of 1 on 1 training to build your confidence to complete movements on your own.
